This structured, open-access digital repository provides clinicians, researchers, educators, and students with centralized access to assessment tools culturally adapted and psychometrically validated by our research group.
The repository includes key validated instruments such as the Satisfaction with Daily Occupation and Occupational Balance (SOD-EO), adapted and validated in Spain by OCCARE members in collaboration with its original developers; the Client-Centred Rehabilitation Questionnaire (CCRQ-e), currently the only validated Spanish instrument measuring person-centered care in rehabilitation services; and educational resources for internationally recognized measures such as the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM). It also incorporates an open-access electronic compendium describing more than 100 standardized assessment tools aligned with occupational therapy models and the WHO International Classification of Functioning.
Beyond tool dissemination, this initiative contributes to the consolidation of methodological rigor within the discipline, promotes harmonization of assessment standards across services, and facilitates integration of person-centered and participation-oriented frameworks into routine practice.
Strategically, it reinforces professional autonomy, strengthens translational capacity between research and clinical practice, and enhances the quality and comparability of rehabilitation outcomes at local, national, and international levels.
